Your name and Company was provided to us by Ms Dina Masa and Mr Eli Montemayor of the Philippine Coconut Authority.
We are a small enterprise in the country of Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies and wish to begin processing mature coconuts to produce coconut cream (cocomilk) as well as coconut oil.
We would like to begin operations by processing 2,000 coconuts in 8 hours and eventually process 5,000 nuts in 8 hours.
We will make coconmilk some days and coconut oil on other days.
We would be grateful if you can provide us with the following information:

1) what machines are needed to manufacture these products: the raw material id dehusked coconut but with the hard shell on
2) which machines can be used for both processes
3) how the machines can be laid out
4) what additional equipment is needed (conveyor lines etc.)
5) the fob price on all the machines. In this regard, I will be asking you afterwards for a pro-forma invoice.
